I’ve now finished choosing and recording the tracks for my debut CD with Anthony Stewart at Red Brick Music. The tracks are now in the final mixdown and mastering phase which should be completed by the end of February 2012.
I’m really happy with the way things are turning out at the moment.
For everyone who had given me their feedback, suggestions and encouragement I thank you for taking the time to help me make the decision I had to make regarding the songs for the CD.
It wasn’t easy but I’ve nailed down the final 12 songs so here they are in no particular order but please bear in mind, these recordings below are not the final ones.
These are just the original recordings with drums, bass, acoustic guitar and guide vocals. They are still unmixed, unequalised, unmastered and unfinished.
What you’re hearing is not the finished product and should not be taken into account as the definitive sound that can be produced from Red Brick Music.

Mind you it is hard to tell with a guide vocal, from my experience recording it can be hard to tell til you are doing a final mix, what works and what doesn’t. I look forwad to hearing the final CD. Be good to hear the second recording of “We Can’t Be Together Anymore”, it’s great on the Soul Trader CD.
