About Corey Stewart

My name is Corey Stewart and I started my musical journey over twenty years ago.

In that time I have been involved with countless bands, written hundreds of songs, played in too many gigs to remember, made many, many friends and experienced all the highs and lows of being a singer/songwriter/musician in Australia.

Presently, I am also involved with:

           Songwriting organizations worldwide

           Judging songwriting competitions

           Working as a session musician

           Mentoring up and coming songwriters

Why Corey Stewart Online?

First and foremost I am a singer/songwriter. I want to use this site to showcase my music to the world.

When I first started there were no "how to" information anywhere about songwriting and the global music industry as a whole. If there was it was very, very hard to find

I had to learn the ropes the hard way

I made lots and lots of mistakes. However, in doing so I also learnt a lot along the way.

I discovered early on that I have a passion for helping other songwriters and musicians. It is safe to say that from my experiences I have gained a lot of knowledge and the best thing about knowledge is that you can share it with others.

This is why Corey Stewart Online exists.
